Barrister Bivuti Tarofder is one of the leading lawyers of the country and the Head of Chambers, Tarofder & Associates.
He graduated with LL.B. (Hon’s) & LL.M. from the University of Dhaka and completed his second LLB (Hon’s) from Northumbria University, UK. He has completed PGDL in Bar Professional Training Course from the Northumbria University, UK and was called to the Bar of England & Wales as a Barrister by the Honorable Society of Middle Temple and he became a member of the General Council of the Bar of the UK. Meanwhile, he has also been permitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh as an Advocate by the Bangladesh Bar Council. Md. Saiful Alam, LL.B. (Hons.) and LL.M., is a litigating lawyer practicing solely in the High Court of the Supreme Court. He is an expert on drafting pleadings including all sorts of petitions and applications, well conversant with the Supreme Court Rules and looks after the criminal and civil matters. He has expertise on Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, Banking Law, International Trade and Business, Regulatory Issues. He prepares writs on constitutional and human rights matters or other laws which are challenged as being ultra vires the Constitution, administrative and service laws in the administrative Tribunals or in the High Court Division, public interest litigation, appeals and revisions etc.

Md. Ali Hossain Shibly has completed his LL.B. (Hon’s) and LL.M from ASA University Bangladesh. He has been working with the Chamber for more than 1 year and has more than 3 years of working experience in the District & Sessions Judge Court, Dhaka.
Apart from the above named lawyers, the Chamber has on its payroll, lawyers who are associates of the Chamber who specializes in the practice of different laws and are engaged by the Chamber as and when deemed necessary. The Chamber also engages lawyers in other Districts of Bangladesh from time to time, the Chamber engages the services of retired justices of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, experienced and senior lawyers for constitutions and opinions as necessary.
