Md. Saiful Alam, LL.B. (Hons.) and LL.M., is a litigating lawyer practicing solely in the High Court of the Supreme Court. He is an expert on drafting pleadings including all sorts of petitions and applications, well conversant with the Supreme Court Rules and looks after the criminal and civil matters. He has expertise on Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, Banking Law, International Trade and Business, Regulatory Issues.
